stellaluna-'s connecting flight was cancelled, but they've got her re-booked for later today. We are both extremely relieved.
In other news, it is supposed to snow here tomorrow afternoon. (eep.) Part of me believes I jinxed us by worrying it would snow this weekend back when we initially made plans.
All that matters is she will be here soon. That is my thinkpositive30 for today -- she got re-booked and will still be getting here today. It doesn't matter that she'll be getting in later than expected or that it's winter outside.
ETA American Airlines can go to hell because that makes three connecting flights from Dallas to Atlanta they've cancelled in a row. I reserved her a flight on Airtran that leaves in about three hours.
ETA 2 She's succesfully booked on Airtran, with an American Airlines back-up for the morning... but the Airtran flight's now running about two hours delayed. I don't care. I don't care if she doesn't get here til midnight, I just want her to get here.
ETA 3 She is on the plane! They're running on a relatively short delay, but she will be here in a couple hours!!!
