Ah, Black Friday, the day when otherwise perfectly sane Americans stampede for the chance to spend insane amounts of money in an unpleasant, frenzied mob.

Me, I'll be staying home and making holiday gifts. Since I have the skill and the knowledge to make beautiful jewelry and to entertainingly rubber stamp holiday card envelopes, that's what I'll be doing today. It does mean I'll need to tidy up the place a bit, since friends will be joining me, but that's fine. I always benefit from a tidy house.
I hope I'll be able to get a lot done today. I do have a great many gifts to make. I plan to be pretty focused. I have all the bits I need to get things done. What I really need to do is transfer the gift-making to-do list from my brain to paper so I don't forget anything. Yeah, that's the probably first task I should do, before all else.
