Trying for it not to be a lazy Sunday...
... but my efforts are failing.
Had a good visit yesterday with jaylake, and garyomaha and his M, despite traffic snarls in downtown Seattle that nearly spiked our plans; they did in fact spike our lunch plans, requiring us to eat at the bad Italian place in the Center House. (Seattlites: the place is called Michelangelo's, and if you can avoid it, please do.) We still, however, made our time for the Dead Sea Scrolls exhibit (my second visit, no less impressive than my first), and had a most excellent time.
Today, however, I'm being lazy. I've spent much time on the couch snoozing with the cats. I've gotten some practical things done: laundry, dishes, catching up with my cousin E. The rest of today must be more productive, including getting my writing in. Tonight, I'm off to markbourne's with ironymaiden and her C to finally see "Torchwood" and find out if it's living up to the build-up the Beeb gave it. Here's hoping!
