Yeah...
These are the weight stats of three of the past six days:
Sun - 162.5
Mon - 172.5
Fri- 158.5/159
The messed up part is that this isn't all too unusual for me. I busted my ass to get into the 150's. My low of the past month or two was 161.5
My high for about two years has been 172.5. It pisses me off that I could break the record low in less than a week. I've been putting in two to three hours of exercise for at least four days now. It isn't hard doing that; I find the difficulty in staying satisfied without raising the bar (for workouts). I intend to hold off on adding weights to my walks till next week (something to look forward to).
As for this weekend, we intend to spend it overnight at the beach.
