Fic: Okaasan? (Chapter 5)

“Jin-chaaan~ Good morning! And…Kazuya? You’re here?”
The said names stared in surprise as they weren’t really expecting that the guest would come.
“Ya…Yamashita?” Kazuya asked both his and Jin’s eyes wide in shock.
“Yo!” The said Yamashita, or Yamapi, greeted as he took off his shades. “Long time no see, Jin-chan, Kazu-chan!” He grinned.
“Mommy, who’s that guy?” Yuki tugged as he held out his arms wanting to be carried.
Yamapi stared at this and blinked. “Mommy?” Jin and Kazuya looked at each other, unsure of what to do while Yuki, on the other hand, also had a staring contest with the guest named Yamapi. Yuki was actually glaring and you could definitely see how he resembles Jin, while Yamapi was smirking. No one was actually sure what was going on.

“Uwaa…You’re house is really big I forgot about it, Jin. I can’t even remember the last time I was here,” Yamapi said in awe as they walked to the living room.
“I think the last time you were here was the party after graduation in High School, Pi,” Jin said. Yuki was still in his mother’s arms when all this was happening. “Anyway, what are you doing here? I thought you went to America for college?” Jin managed to ask and Yamapi laughed at it and shrugged.
“I did. But then I got bored although you can’t really deny all the sexy women there,” Yamapi winked. “Besides, nothing’s greater than your home country, ne?” He added. He then looked at Kazuya and Yuki and just smirked at them while Kazuya smiled and Yuki glared more. It just seems that the latter wasn’t really fond of the surprise guest. This just made Yamapi laugh louder and pinched the little boy’s cheeks.
Jin sighed as they plopped down the couch. Yuki settled in Kazuya’s laps while Yamapi found a nice place in a love seat. “But still Pi, you should’ve told us in advance that you were coming. That way, we could’ve prepared or something,” Jin whined. Yamapi just grinned and said, “But it’s better like this! You’ll never know what to expect. Haha. And I just flew in this morning and since I still have my jet lag coming, I decided to drop on in you guys.” Jin just face palmed.
“Anyway,” Yamapi said as he stood up and pinched Kazuya’s cheeks which the latter just groaned. “I never knew you had a happy ending with Kazu-chan, Jin. Who knew he’d get pregnant with a cute little boy?” He added and pinched Kazuya’s cheeks harder.
“Ouch. Stop it, Pi,” Kazuya pouted and tried to push his friend away.
“Hey! Stop hurting my mommy!” Yuki glared harder and successfully pushed Yamapi away.
“Yuki, don’t do that. That’s bad,” Kazuya looked at Yuki. “But he was also bad to you, mommy,” The latter defended and pouted which they all laughed about it.
The guest then turned to Jin and said, “So you managed to tell Kazu-chan after all!” Kazuya blinked at this. “Tell me what, Pi?”
Jin panicked and immediately stood up to refrain Yamapi to answer and flushed. “W-Why don’t we all just go shopping around Shibuya or something? To celebrate Yamapi’s comeback at least,” He tried to change the subject while his hands covered Yamapi’s mouth.
Ah. I see what’s happening.
Jin hasn’t really told Kazuya yet, has he?
Oh well.
Yamapi forced Jin to take his hands off of him and the other complied. “That’d be great, Jin! Why don’t we all go tomorrow then? Ask Ryo-chan, Ueda-kun and the others as well!” Jin thanked the heavens that Yamapi finally decided to give the previous topic off and sighed.
“Auntie Ue-chan will come too?” Yuki asked as he looked up at Kazuya which the latter nodded. Yamapi heard this and asked, “Who is Auntie Ue-chan?”
“Tat-chan,” Kazuya answered and wasn’t really surprised that the other laughed loud. “Seriously? Oh God, that’s priceless! So how’d the princess take it?” Yamapi asked chuckling.
“From the looks of what he did to Ryo, I’m pretty sure he took it pretty badly,” Kazuya laughed as well. “Wow. Those guys are still dating? Amazing!” Yamapi commented as his eyes widened.
“And I thought you and Ueda would be the ones to end up as a couple, Bakanishi!” with Yamapi’s retort, both him and Kazuya laughed louder to which Jin just groaned. “I remembered the time when that guy even cross dressed and made himself look all girly just so Jin would notice him! And Jin was so stupid to almost believe it one time,” still, Kazuya and Yamapi picked on poor Jin as they teased him about Ueda.
No one can blame the two though. Yamapi and Kazuya, I mean. Because ever since they were sophomores in Junior High School, Ueda really grew fond of Jin and tried several ways just for him to get noticed. Stuff like cross dressing (which not many noticed because he really looked like a girl that time), running to Jin’s classroom every lunch and even getting Junno and Ryo to do errands for him!
But many did enjoy their time watching Junno and Ryo running around the campus doing stuff for Ueda; especially watching Ryo ‘cause you could really see him fuming and not enjoying it but he did it because he already had feelings for the older man. The latter never realized that what he was doing for Jin was already causing a great deal of jealousy for Ryo’s side. On Junno’s side, Ueda managed to trick him by saying those stuff like “but you’re my friend, best friend, right?” with matching cute blinking eyes and whatnot. Junno, of course, couldn’t resist that kind of treatment coming from his best friend so he ended up doing stuff for him.
Unfortunately though, those embarrassing and humiliating, not to mention risky cause they were all sent to the Principle’s Office after a time, moments came to an end when Ueda saw how Jin never really liked him the way he does. As someone sensitive as him, he saw how Jin actually looked at Kazuya unlike the way he looked at everybody else. It’s as if Kazuya was special, unique and very different from the others that were so close to Jin. It’s as if he exceeded the “best friend material” and became much more for Jin. They were more than best friends, but not really lovers although it really looked like it.
Rumors about Jin and Kazuya came to Ueda as fast as it began. He and Kazuya were also friends but not that close at first. He was so childish about the rumor and didn’t talk to Kazuya for a month or so because of it. The latter noticed this and tried to convince Ueda that the rumor wasn’t really true and they weren’t doing anything wrong. That, of course, led to Kazuya distancing away from Jin a bit just for him to convince his friend. When Jin learned about this, he was devastated but his best friend begged of not pinning it all on Ueda.
All the time that he was jealous and insecure and disappointed, Ueda had Ryo always there for him. There had been a time when Ueda started to pour out his feelings to the younger man.
“Why? I still don’t get it! I wanna know why he chose Kamenashi over me! We have been friends longer than they did! I can’t understand any of it!” Ueda sobbed as he leaned on Ryo.
Ryo didn’t know what to do. He knew this was going to happen and wasn’t able to figure something out because the subject was also one of his close friends and has been told that he indeed liked Kazuya more than just his best friend. But he has also been told that the rumor wasn’t really true and they’re not really dating.
Sighing, Ryo just held the older man closer to him and rubbed his back up and down. “Maybe time isn’t really that important for you to realize that you love someone. I think that being in love with someone just comes naturally and you’ll never know when it hits you,” He tried. Although deep inside, he wasn’t really sure who was he reassuring, himself or Ueda because he believed they were both in the same situation but with different people.
Ueda just shook his head still not accepting the truth. Ryo just sighed again and pulled the older man closer and cooed. “It’s okay Tatsuya, I’m always here,” Ryo was actually surprising both of them because neither of them knew of the younger man’s soft spot for anyone, especially for the princess.
After that night, it was like an unspoken contract that Ueda would go to Ryo every night to seek comfort until he gets better. But what Ryo never expected was that Ueda would get better and eventually have feelings for the other. Both of them remember that night when Ueda came to confess first after getting drunk.
“Ne Ryo, do you know I love you sooo much?” a drunken Ueda hiccupped as the younger man he mentioned stood there, sober and shocked.
Ryo just looked away, saddened by the thought that the princess would forget what he said the next day after he’s woken up. It was a party for the celebration of graduation of their Junior High School years. Many came and went and somehow broke their law of underaged drinking. Although they only limited the drinking for 3 to 4 cups each, no one knew of the low tolerance the princess had. He only had 2 shots of tequila and it was enough to make him go crazy.
The others didn’t noticed that Ueda was drunk so Ryo felt guilty and responsible for it.
“Here, let’s take you home now,” Ryo said as he tugged at Ueda’s arm and pulled him into his car. The latter wasn’t able to say anything else because he really couldn’t think right.
After that night, Ueda indeed haven’t remembered anything but the famous Akame pair came up and talked him into it. Well, at first Jin was the one telling the story and his best friend trying to stop him but in the end, they both told Ueda what happened and how he confessed to Ryo and stuff. Ueda was blushing madly at the thought of how crazy he looked like specifically to Ryo!
Ryo was the usual himself but when he heard about the news of Ueda hearing about the real news, he started to blush as well but in the end, who knew that they would end up together? It was a funny story really.
“Aww, will you guys just quit it! I’m embarrassed enough,” Jin covered his face with his palms while the other two just laughed.
“Okay, okay, we’ll stop now. Right, Pi?” Kazuya grinned at his friend and the other threw back the same expression. “Yep, fine, we will,” Yamapi said. “Anyway, we’re really going to Shibuya tomorrow right?” He asked.
Jin nodded as well as Kazuya. But it seemed that “their” son wasn’t too happy about it. “Does he get to come too?” Yuki pouted, not really wanting a positive answer. This made Jin look at Yamapi with a questioning look, “Seriously Pi, what’d you do to my son to make him hate you?” The latter just shrugged and smirked, “Maybe he’s just jealous of me touching Kazu-chan, Jin. He is your child!” He laughed again after that.
“Right, Kazu-chan~” Yamapi pinched Kazuya’s cheeks again and the other just played along while the little kid still didn’t want the guest’s presence.
“Mou…Get away from Mommy!” Yuki continued glaring and pushed the older man away from his mother. Yamapi just laughed at this again and patted the little boy’s head. “Yes, yes little Jin. I’ll back away now,” But the little child just continued glaring.
Yamapi sighed and they all walked to the gate entrance to accompany their guest.
“Are you sure you don’t want us to take you home?” Jin asked. Yamapi just shook his head in reassurance. “I’m fine, really. Don’t bother. I’ve bothered you guys enough. Gomen,” He said.
“Yeah, you certainly did!” Yuki said but Kazuya scolded him, “Stop it, Yuki. Don’t be like that!” Yuki just looked down and fumed.
Yamapi laughed again and wore his shades again for some unknown reason. “It’s okay, Kazuya. No need for that. We’re just going to have a lot of fun tomorrow, right Yuki-kun?” He said but the kid just looked away.
“Well, I’m off now. See you guys tomorrow! I’ll crash into Ryo and Ueda’s apartment now!” Yamapi waved and went off from the mansion.
Once the “family” was alone, they went back inside and Kazuya continued on pestering Jin.
“So…was the person you liked Tat-chan? I won’t be surprised if you did,” Kazuya chuckled while the other just pouted. “You’re being mean now, Kazu-chan,” Jin then turned to his son and said, “See who’s really fighting with me?” But Yuki just grinned in Kazuya’s arms and said, “I’m sure Mommy loves you too, right Mommy?” but Kazuya just blinked at this and shook his head, thinking everything was just a joke.
“Why don’t we eat the ice cream now?” Kazuya suggested and Yuki nodded eagerly. “Yeah, let’s go!” Jin butt in but Kazuya and Yuki looked at him. “Nope, you’re not getting any,” Kazuya said as they walked towards the kitchen.
“Hey! That’s not fair!” Jin whined and the babbling continued on.
At this point, even if it’s still the first day of Kazuya being a mom, it still felt like a real family.

The next day, everyone was there. Well, the 6 of them at least. Yamapi, Ryo, Ueda, Jin, Kazuya and little Yuki I mean. As usual, the Shibuya district was crowded especially at that time in the afternoon. They got there at around 4 PM and everyone was excited, Yamapi at least.
Yamapi, Ryo and Ueda were the ones who got their first leaving the family late in coming because of Jin’s certain issues.
“Hey Jin, I just heard your funny story yesterday!” Yamapi cracked up again, Ryo and Ueda smirking from behind.
Jin blinked. “What do you mean?” Yamapi then grinned and said, “On how Kazuya became a mother I mean. If that’s how easy to get someone to date you, then I’m ready to adopt a child anytime!” He continued laughing and Kazuya just face palmed and Jin sighed. But what made him flush was what Yamapi whispered in his ear, “But I think you’re really happy because Yuki’s there to get the one person you’ve been yearning for years.” Jin just pushed him away after this and flushed madly.
Kazuya blinked at them both until the one holding his hand tugged. He looked down and smiled. “What is it, Yuki-chan?” He asked. “I’m getting kind of hungry, Mommy.”
“Oh, is that so? Well, let’s look around to see where we could eat,” Kazuya said. Ryo then stretched his arms and said, “Yeah, I’m getting kind of hungry too. Come on, let’s eat!”
Then something clicked into Yamapi’s mind and said, “But before that,” he turned to little Yuki, “I found something interesting there Yuki-kun. You wanna come with me and look?” He grinned. The young boy just looked up at Yamapi skeptically and considered this for a moment.
Seeing that Yuki’s a bit unsure, Kazuya slightly pushed Yuki towards Yamapi and said, “Go on Yuki, Uncle Yamapi’s nice. And whatever he might show might be really interesting,”
Yuki looked up at Kazuya and said, “You’re not coming too?” The latter shook his head. “We’re going to find somewhere to eat. I’m sure you guys will be back in no time so that when you get back, the food’s already going to be ready, okay?” Kazuya said as he kneeled in front of Yuki.
“Yeah Yuki, Yamapi won’t bite. Go ahead,” Jin said and Yuki looked at his father then back at the grinning Yamapi. “Okay…” He said bowing down until he reached out his little hand for Yamapi to hold his hand while walking. Yamapi smiled and took the little boy’s hand. “Don’t worry guys, we’ll be back soon! Be sure that food’s ready by then!” He said and walked off.
“Take care!” Kazuya waved back at them and the remaining 4 went to find somewhere to eat.

It was almost an hour later when Kazuya started getting worried. They were already at a restaurant and the food’s already been served but there were still no sign of neither Yamapi nor Yuki. He tried calling his friend many times but he just didn’t answer. He thought he was just being paranoid so he went to the men’s room and washed his face.
When he turned, Ueda was there, face worried.
“What’s wrong, Kame? You looked so worried back there so I thought I checked you out,” Ueda asked. Kazuya bit his lip and said, “I’m just worried for Pi and Yuki. It’s already been an hour since they left and Yamapi’s not answering my calls,”
Ueda just smiled assuring at Kazuya and said, “Yamapi’s a responsible guy. I’m sure he’s going to take pretty care of Yuki,”
“I hope so-“ Kazuya was cut off by a ring from his cell phone. He quickly took it and answered the call. He was happy it was Yamapi but what came next made him really scared.
“Kazuya! Yuki’s missing!”
Kazuya’s eyes widened in shock after this.

I’m really sorry for the late update. Uh…I had lost inspiration before because I had some mood swing problems but now I’m back! And yes, fine, you guys were right, IT WAS YAMAPI. xD Happy now? Hahaha. I was about to change it but I thought I’ve written enough and I was already lazy to change the character so Yamapi stayed.
…Yuki was missing. And I don’t know how to bring him back. *wails* Oh well. I’m sure he’ll return. Go Yuki~ Oh and how Yuki managed to slip away from Yamapi is going to be pretty funny so you guys better watch out for it. xD I’ll try to update the next chapter for Yamapi’s and Gerard Way’s birthday. April 9th! :3

Jin nodded as well as Kazuya. But it seemed that “their” son wasn’t too happy about it. “Does he get to come too?” Yuki pouted, not really wanting a positive answer. This made Jin look at Yamapi with a questioning look, “Seriously Pi, what’d you do to my son to make him hate you?” The latter just shrugged and smirked, “Maybe he’s just jealous of me touching Kazu-chan, Jin. He is your child!” He laughed again after that.
“Right, Kazu-chan~” Yamapi pinched Kazuya’s cheeks again and the other just played along while the little kid still didn’t want the guest’s presence.
“Mou…Get away from Mommy!” Yuki continued glaring and pushed the older man away from his mother. Yamapi just laughed at this again and patted the little boy’s head. “Yes, yes little Jin. I’ll back away now,” But the little child just continued glaring.
Yamapi sighed and they all walked to the gate entrance to accompany their guest.
“Are you sure you don’t want us to take you home?” Jin asked. Yamapi just shook his head in reassurance. “I’m fine, really. Don’t bother. I’ve bothered you guys enough. Gomen,” He said.
“Yeah, you certainly did!” Yuki said but Kazuya scolded him, “Stop it, Yuki. Don’t be like that!” Yuki just looked down and fumed.
Yamapi laughed again and wore his shades again for some unknown reason. “It’s okay, Kazuya. No need for that. We’re just going to have a lot of fun tomorrow, right Yuki-kun?” He said but the kid just looked away.
“Well, I’m off now. See you guys tomorrow! I’ll crash into Ryo and Ueda’s apartment now!” Yamapi waved and went off from the mansion.
Once the “family” was alone, they went back inside and Kazuya continued on pestering Jin.
“So…was the person you liked Tat-chan? I won’t be surprised if you did,” Kazuya chuckled while the other just pouted. “You’re being mean now, Kazu-chan,” Jin then turned to his son and said, “See who’s really fighting with me?” But Yuki just grinned in Kazuya’s arms and said, “I’m sure Mommy loves you too, right Mommy?” but Kazuya just blinked at this and shook his head, thinking everything was just a joke.
“Why don’t we eat the ice cream now?” Kazuya suggested and Yuki nodded eagerly. “Yeah, let’s go!” Jin butt in but Kazuya and Yuki looked at him. “Nope, you’re not getting any,” Kazuya said as they walked towards the kitchen.
“Hey! That’s not fair!” Jin whined and the babbling continued on.
At this point, even if it’s still the first day of Kazuya being a mom, it still felt like a real family.

The next day, everyone was there. Well, the 6 of them at least. Yamapi, Ryo, Ueda, Jin, Kazuya and little Yuki I mean. As usual, the Shibuya district was crowded especially at that time in the afternoon. They got there at around 4 PM and everyone was excited, Yamapi at least.
Yamapi, Ryo and Ueda were the ones who got their first leaving the family late in coming because of Jin’s certain issues.
“Hey Jin, I just heard your funny story yesterday!” Yamapi cracked up again, Ryo and Ueda smirking from behind.
Jin blinked. “What do you mean?” Yamapi then grinned and said, “On how Kazuya became a mother I mean. If that’s how easy to get someone to date you, then I’m ready to adopt a child anytime!” He continued laughing and Kazuya just face palmed and Jin sighed. But what made him flush was what Yamapi whispered in his ear, “But I think you’re really happy because Yuki’s there to get the one person you’ve been yearning for years.” Jin just pushed him away after this and flushed madly.
Kazuya blinked at them both until the one holding his hand tugged. He looked down and smiled. “What is it, Yuki-chan?” He asked. “I’m getting kind of hungry, Mommy.”
“Oh, is that so? Well, let’s look around to see where we could eat,” Kazuya said. Ryo then stretched his arms and said, “Yeah, I’m getting kind of hungry too. Come on, let’s eat!”
Then something clicked into Yamapi’s mind and said, “But before that,” he turned to little Yuki, “I found something interesting there Yuki-kun. You wanna come with me and look?” He grinned. The young boy just looked up at Yamapi skeptically and considered this for a moment.
Seeing that Yuki’s a bit unsure, Kazuya slightly pushed Yuki towards Yamapi and said, “Go on Yuki, Uncle Yamapi’s nice. And whatever he might show might be really interesting,”
Yuki looked up at Kazuya and said, “You’re not coming too?” The latter shook his head. “We’re going to find somewhere to eat. I’m sure you guys will be back in no time so that when you get back, the food’s already going to be ready, okay?” Kazuya said as he kneeled in front of Yuki.
“Yeah Yuki, Yamapi won’t bite. Go ahead,” Jin said and Yuki looked at his father then back at the grinning Yamapi. “Okay…” He said bowing down until he reached out his little hand for Yamapi to hold his hand while walking. Yamapi smiled and took the little boy’s hand. “Don’t worry guys, we’ll be back soon! Be sure that food’s ready by then!” He said and walked off.
“Take care!” Kazuya waved back at them and the remaining 4 went to find somewhere to eat.

It was almost an hour later when Kazuya started getting worried. They were already at a restaurant and the food’s already been served but there were still no sign of neither Yamapi nor Yuki. He tried calling his friend many times but he just didn’t answer. He thought he was just being paranoid so he went to the men’s room and washed his face.
When he turned, Ueda was there, face worried.
“What’s wrong, Kame? You looked so worried back there so I thought I checked you out,” Ueda asked. Kazuya bit his lip and said, “I’m just worried for Pi and Yuki. It’s already been an hour since they left and Yamapi’s not answering my calls,”
Ueda just smiled assuring at Kazuya and said, “Yamapi’s a responsible guy. I’m sure he’s going to take pretty care of Yuki,”
“I hope so-“ Kazuya was cut off by a ring from his cell phone. He quickly took it and answered the call. He was happy it was Yamapi but what came next made him really scared.
“Kazuya! Yuki’s missing!”
Kazuya’s eyes widened in shock after this.

I’m really sorry for the late update. Uh…I had lost inspiration before because I had some mood swing problems but now I’m back! And yes, fine, you guys were right, IT WAS YAMAPI. xD Happy now? Hahaha. I was about to change it but I thought I’ve written enough and I was already lazy to change the character so Yamapi stayed.
…Yuki was missing. And I don’t know how to bring him back. *wails* Oh well. I’m sure he’ll return. Go Yuki~ Oh and how Yuki managed to slip away from Yamapi is going to be pretty funny so you guys better watch out for it. xD I’ll try to update the next chapter for Yamapi’s and Gerard Way’s birthday. April 9th! :3
