my plates are expired so my driving has been curtailed, I spent a Day with Miko, Brandon and Rhiannon as well as Miko's Girlfriend Vicki. I bought Monster gloves and pounced on people... its good to feel so young.
Miko dropped me at work, Jennifer and I closed the store and did our make-up and then she drove to the club. Lots of the regular crowd there, a few rare faces, people coming out of retirement perhaps? I would like to think my efforts to stir shit up and slowly bring the cliques closer to each other have something to do with it.
So When Infected Mushroom's becomming Insane came on, the Glowstickers hit the stage area to do their little show, I put my Monster Mittens on and Jumped up on Stage... I got behind On sticker and OONTZ'd then Shoved my way to the Middle... Center Stage fucking up their little Party was me dancing like the Monsters in "Where the Wild Things Are" and pretending to claw people with my monster mittens. I got a few people who were all like WTF? Afterward an MSI track started Playing and I Dove to the Floor and went Ape shit... Still in the monster mittens.
Apart from that... When there is only one other person on the Dance floor, you sure bump into a lot of people.
Some will understand, some won't, but I had that thought after the 4th or 5th time I stepped on a foot or slammed into someone last night and realized why my timing was so off.
