if you personally want to try and re-grow it more power to you, if you have a child and want them to be cut, do it guilt free, they won't remember and with healthy sexual esteem they won't care. If you don't want to have them circumsized, then don't. If they decide on their own later to get it done, don't make them feel guilty. It's their Penis. Of course If my Lady lover told me she wanted Breast Implants I would try to stop her, but thats because I hate fake boobs and find that most of the time chicks turn into something ugly once they get them.
