Yesterday, I went to lunch with a couple of my coworkers. The restaurant we had planned to go to was closed because they were out of gas (???). So we go to "Le Casa." The scene begins yesterday. As a conscientious defensive driving student I leave my driveway looking for other cars, bicyclists and pedestrians. Not two minutes away from my garage I encounter one of the strangest phenomenon that I have ever encountered!
