Black & blue & broken bones...

My wife complains often that I don't exactly act my age and I'd have to agree. I may be in my thirties but I still keep hobbies that I had when I was fifteen-- and that's just fine with me. Ever since I have lost fifty plus pounds I have been riding my BMX more often. Really, there's nothing more embarrassing than a 220 pound 6'3" man on a BMX! Generally when it's dead at work I go into the parking lot and practice some olf BMX moves-- things I have not done in fifteen years! Yeah, I fall down a lot and hurt myself but in typical stubborn-male fashion I get back up and do it again. I bet that I look like a dumbass to the average spectator!

The great thing about is that it's a great workout on the abs and upper body. It's always a great thing to get a workout and have fun, so I can't care less if someone thinks I am a man-child!

All kidding aside, I gotta enjoy the (semi) nice weather while it lasts. Lord knows we don't get much here.

nutrition, bmx
