Just kidding! It was actually a art replica that was given for his bravery in events that passed two years ago and dealt with something or other that was so awesome mere mention of it would melt anyone's head off.

Despite his natural shyness and fear of speaking in front of large groups, Jeff had stayed with SBG through college and beyond in a quest to become a teacher... or assistant, anyway. He wasn't sure he could handle a class full of the school's notoriously rebellious students on his own. But he was happy with his work, getting to both learn and pass on knowledge at the same time, while keeping in contact with those he considered both his friends and family.

You know, to break the Andonuts Curse of being an old hermit in the middle of nowhere.

Green was decked out rather interestingly. A lot had happened in Kanto since he left Smash Academy. He was lounging by the finger foods, packing up the gym had him living on instant ramen for a week.

WHO DID THAT MYSTERIOUS VOICE BELONG TO-- oh it wasn't a mysterious voice at all, it was just Venusaur.

Oh gosh look who else was here. And technically crashing -- dropouts tended not to be included on the reunion invite lists. But anywhere that Green went, Char followed, and how could he possibly resist revisiting the stomping grounds of his youth? All the brawls held under the flagpole (which had lifted its fair share of students, also thanks to him)... the forest that Rasputin used to roam... the cla-- okay, the classrooms didn't hold a lot of nostalgia for him. But it was still nice to revisit the place.

"You guys oughta try huntin'. It might not be real chicken, but Pidgey still tastes a lot like it."

...A pause.

"Don't tell Pidgeot I said that."

Despite Blacky's gradually deteriorating health, her death was caused by something completely different; when she finally wrote a play worthy of Broadway, she made the mistake of taking a train to opening night and sat right next to a mad suicide-bomber.

She was here in spirit, at least.

Olimar actually held on to his job as a biology teacher, and it was great! He got to travel in space for leisure and on the side, and he still got to teach his favorite subject and work with kids. It wasn't so bad after all. At 48, he didn't look too different other than more wrinkles here and there. Naturally, he worried about balding more, and will insist it's gotten bad, but with all his efforts and at least a 1000 in hair-plugs okay no it wasn't drastic at all.

Hell, he didn't even look all that different as a Hocotatian. Maybe his hair was a little shorter/thinner.

Naturally, he came to the reunion. His now-17 year old daughter may or may not had tagged along since she was at the school anyway.

The captain turned around bright eyes, his eyes wide open in shock. That was... pretty creepy. Looking around, it wasn't clear who was doing that.
