The man, he has a death-wish.

My husband's computer died a few days ago.  Literally.  We came downstairs and my computer was in mourning.  It was not a happy day.

Since then, he bought a new hard drive and has madly been re-installing programs and recovering data.  At some point, he discovered that he had lost his Microsoft Money disk.  This is the program that he uses to do all of our banking online.  When I say ALL - I mean, like, ALLLLLLLLLLL.  So, without it, we might as well bend over and prepare for the worst.

The disappearance of this disk has set into motion a search unlike I've ever witnessed.  Every store in our area that might even *possibly* sell anything remotely akin to computer supplies has been visited.

And you already know how I feel about shopping this close to Christmas.

So there I was, outside store number 7 this morning, waving the white flag of defeat.

Me: ::Dial  husband's cell phone::
Him: Hi sweetie!!!! How are you?
Me: Well, to be honest I'm a little frustrated.
Him: Oh, I'm so sorry!  You can't find it anywhere?
Me: No.  The guy in Office Max said they don't even make it anymore.
Him: ::click click click::  Hmmm, let me see here....well here's their website.  Looks like I can just download it.
Me: .......
