I spent part of my morning -- okay, a really small part -- working out. We have a couple of exercise machines in the basement, and a bunch of weights. I've decided that I'm going to work really hard to use them for at least twenty minutes a day.
I know that if I regain some muscle mass, it will bring my weight back up, and that's really good. I also won't have to strain to pick up a stack of plates or something. I really should have started doing this before my muscles started to atrophy, but hey! I didn't, and I'm paying for it now.
