Not My Own LIght
The sorching fires
prevade throughout the darkness
lighting the area,
helping life bloom
to it's fullest
But I, I am always
in the shadows
no light of my own
just the floating big obstacle
a messanger of night
I want something more
something that will make
me shine bright
brighter than any star
will i ever shine my own light
upon those who look up at me?
Or will i drift more towards
the darkness of my own heart?
