HRE's Finally Here!
BUT, I couldn't get a better-er picture for him except the one I used for the preview... Anyway, I'll try to backtrack where I got the custom content I used (And the usual, the make-ups and eyes... I have no idea where I got them)

Some meshes NEEDED:
Pirate hat mesh: here or here. If the latter wont work, I recommend using the former
Tunic mesh is needed. Get it here. Just follow the instructions on how to get that recolors' mesh.
The cloak / cape mesh is here I think. Just get the cloak and not the hood.
