Christmas kicked ass. My sweetums got me a Canon PowerShot SX100. It's pretty fancy; its 10x optical zoom, small form factor and quick boot-up time all make me happy. Expect lots of close-up pictures of the most random things like puppy paws, my nose and whatever wildlife happens to saunter out of the woods. I was also presented with delicious ( Read more... )

Wustof knives rock. I got my parents a set of steak knives a year or two back and they're simply awesome. You definitely got a good gift there =)

Hell yeah they do. We are totally enjoying them a lot. They are super sharp.

The bf got an xBox 360 from me. He bought Call of Duty 4 and Assassin's Creed already lol.

I was kinda caught up with the xBox 360. Then Chris bought a PS3. I've been absorbed with Warhawk and Folklore lately. Let me know how Assassin's Creed is.

Your knives are cooler than mine. I got the Wolfgang Puck ones, since my parents fell in love with theirs. They're still pretty awesome though. :)

Cool cool. Assassin's Creed is like #3 on my list of things to play.... I'm playing through COD4 now. Next up is MOH: Airborne and maybe Mass Effect, but that takes forever so Creed may come first. WOO!

I gots some new pots and pans. Those, combined with the stove that we got in Nov. makes for some happy cooking as scottbroadway can attest to. I also got some golf lessons, which are greatly needed. Katie got me a new head unit for the car, since the usual solutions for using an iPod in the car don't really work for the Shuffle.
