I Now Realise...
I should really gain weight.
I cannot tell you how much I've been told I'm too thin lately.
When I went back home, EVERYONE said I was. Paulit-ulit, paulit-ulit like them saying it would make me grow lumps of fat under my skin.
Then couple of days ago, one of my kids said to me, "Sue Ellen, you're so skinny!" Na-shock talaga ako.
We are talking about a 4-year old boy commenting on my body here! I don't know if it was because I was wearing my black skinny jeans. Are skinny jeans supposed to make you look skinny? Parang hindi naman diba?
And today while buying lunch at a Filo store, the lady kept saying ang payat ko. At kaya daw ako payat kasi pihikan ako sa pagkain. WTF? How the heck can she say that??? That was the first time I saw her ever! Feeling ko nambobola lang sya.
But hey, seriously, it's not like I want to be skinny. I really don't. I'm actually a little bit sad cos I feel like my boobs have gotten smaller. Hahaha! But really, I've never ever dieted! And if I wanted to, I eat like a pig! I'd never look at a food and say to myself, "ay, nakakataba yan." NEVER. People always assume that I'm consciously trying to lose weight. What am I on daw etc etc.
My folks bought me a whole bunch of multivitamins before I left. I'd been taking them and I'm working up quite an appetite. Sometimes by 4am pa lang, I'm hungry na.
I'm really trying to take care of myself naman. Seriously. I think the weight loss was due to a LOT of stress. Physical, mental and emotional. Also it's summer which means I sweat a lot therefore, water loss. ewan ko. Hahaha.

Siguro naman tataba ako ng konti by eating all of this right?
My bosses gave me box of chocolates and a $50 Gift Card from Myer.
I was really eyeing the Remote + Earphones for my iPod but was disappointed to find out that they don't work for iPod Video. Bummer.
So what did I end up getting?
A slim, ceramic Remington straightening iron and a Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas DVD. Hehehe.
