Oh So Happy~
I just saw NEWS' performance on the MS Special. I don't really care for this performance too much. Camera shots were kind of bad. I hated Ryo's pants; not sure how I feel about his haircut this time; and it was hard to tell if he kept his eyebrows thick. But aside from all that, Ryo was quite adorable in this performance. Plus, and this is a HUGE PLUS, V6 was also there. RYOKADA!!! I didn't see any of the talk sections yet or V6's perfomance either, but the fact that NEWS and V6 are in the same episode of MS together makes my RyOkada-shipping heart very happy. Oh so happy. ^_^
I haven't received my copy of K8's Countdown DVD yet, but I did check out some of the performances. Mainly the choreographed ones.
TORN - I actually like this one better than the other one. Ohkura was a bit too "Gackt" for my liking, lol. But I found Ryo to be absolutely irresistable here. Love his outfit; his subtle sexiness; his moves; and he was just so into the performance! Why can't I feel this way about him all the time?
Brulee- I liked the SCP version better, but this one still rocked.
Brilliant Blue - I'm surprised there was so much to the choreography. Aside from the ending, I felt like they were constantly moving. My gosh, the energy they have!
Mermaid - This rocked! So many elements to it that gave it a medley feeling. The choreography in the beginning was the exact same one from an SC performance, and I still love it.
Rolling Coaster - Other fans have said that opening with this song made it feel like a continuation of their last concert, and I love that. Also I love that they opened with a band performance. Who doesn't?
And I will comment on the rest of the concert when I watch my own DVD. Please get here soon!
Lastly, my sister and I have finally booked our first big vacation. We're taking my niece along as a bday and graduation present. So to where you may wonder? HAWAIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII~ I'll be going in mid-June for 10 days, and I'm so freaking excited!!!
