In an attempt to a)become more flexible (which was suggested for the scoliosis), b)get more toned, and c)relax so I can sleep better, I am getting back into yoga, which is supposed to be good for all three of those, plus more. Tonight was my first night since last semester that I've done yoga and I realized a few things.
1)Towels are no substitute for a yoga mat.
2)There is a reason that they don't gave Catga. (And yet somehow
Doga seems to work...)
3)You should wait a good deal of time between eating and yoga or else you feel very fluffy.
So tomorrow, I shall invest in a yoga mat and eat way before yoga so I'm not feeling fluffy.
