Last night was NOT fun
So I felt like crap yesterday afternoon, and it got sooooo bad that Colin had to take me to the 24 hour urgency care last night. Thank goodness there is one just up the road from us! I was in such pain when we got there that I had a hard time sitting still, let alone being able to watch American Idol. I don't know why, but those emergency room/urgent care places are so FRIGGIN slow. There really wasn't hardly any patients there, and it got so bad that Colin went up to the counter to ask for the little test thingee. So, it turns out that I have a pretty bad bladder infection (which I already KNEW because I had felt it for the last few hours and I wanted to DIE!) and we were able to stop by Walgreens (which was less than a quarter mile down the road) before they closed. Since we didn't have our health insurance cards, and Cigna was closed, Walgreens wouldn't give us the medication for our co-pay. The lady at the counter said we could either come back the next morning (YEAH RIGHT! I am sure she'd want to wait another 8 hours to take bladder infection medicine) or pay for it in cash. We paid for it in cash. Needless to say, I had a very painful and disgusting night, but I am starting to feel much better (or it doesn't hurt as much anymore). Colin took today off work to make sure I was okay, and he's been doing a very good job of being a nurse. :)
