Happy Valentines Day, Everyone!
I can hardly believe it is Valentine's Day!!!! I am in the midst of putting something together for Colin - It was really strange going down the card aisle and seeing the My Dearest Husband cards......... So I'm putting together a mini-suprise for him.........!!!!! It still feels weird calling him my husband, and knowing that he's going to be sleeping next to me forever.......... I am sure I'll get used to it over time. :)
We are really an unconventional couple - in the sense that we're both very silly most of the time, and we're also very frank at others. There's nothing better than marrying your best friend - someone whom you've spent years of time with not trying to impress and just being yourself, then falling in love with them. We watched "My Best Friends Wedding" the other night, and it made me cry. I've watched that movie a million times over, but it really got to me. I guess it just reminded me of how lucky I am to be with Colin. I mean, I could've easily been the Julia Roberts character going to his wedding with Chelsea, and not realizing that I was in love with him the whole time until it was too late..... And, thank God it wasn't too late........
