Boy, it's been a while since I've been on here!
Today is a sucky day indeed. Just put my beloved Josie cat to sleep forever. That brief 'wellness' spurt was a cruel glimmer of hope, but reality bitch slapped me today. I took off work, and went to the vet's office to give her some peace. It was her kidneys after all. She was wasting away and I couldn't do that too her, no matter how much I'd miss her. She gave me 13 years of wonderful love and play, and I don't regret one moment, despite the pain and loss I'm feeling now.
