I have so many things I want to accomplish right now, and I think it would help me to put my goals down in writing. Big or small, every little change counts. I also would like to inspire others to make small changes in their lives, as well as big changes. So here goes nothing!
-Drink more water, eliminate soft drinks and other liquid calories
-walk to class, don't take the bus
-complete Advertising outlines of chapters on time
-appreciate my love for Advertising more
-take more pride in my work
-appreciate everything I learn, and have the desire to learn more
-enjoy my surroundings, and take in the environment
-eat healthy cereals such as Kashi GoLean! and Special K
-drink Horizon organic milk
-work out at least twice a week
-tell/show all my friends how much I appreciate having them in my life
-show my parents gratitude for giving me the things I need in life such as advice and the ability to go to UT
-apologize to my Dad for being so critical of him all the time, even though he is trying the best he can
-tell my brother I love him as much as possible (which I do a lot now)
-appreciate the little things in life, and the big things...such as existence
-thank God for giving me my family who loves me and is proud of me
-thank God for bringing me the friends who admire me and who I can admire
