let me just say that it's incredible the things God uses to encourage the ones He loves. i was checking my xanga subscriptions and one click led to another and soon enough i was browsing three sites of people i did not know... the awesome thing is, these people know the Lord. they don't just "know" the Lord, they know the Lord and because of that, they loooovvvvveeee the Lord.
may i seek the Lord's beautiful face and grow to love Him as i have seen others love Him. why am i striving for so many things and yet the One who matters the most constantly gets the back burner? it's beyond unfortunate.
pray that my heart be filled with love for Jesus and from that, an outpouring of love for others will be started. i'm not saying i don't love people in general, but i wouldn't always call it an outpouring of my love for God... sometimes it's much more forced than that.
also, pray that i use my prayer times more wisely. a journal-shopping trip is in order, for sure.
