i gotta stay fly-yy-yy-yyyy
tonight after i got back to my parents' house after "narnia" i had a letter from gcm addressed to me in my handwriting. that confused the crap out of me until i realized, hey, it's almost ignite time again!
it's kind of crazy to see what i was struggling with last year around this time. the Lord has really worked on me in the past year. in fact, He has not only worked on me, He has worked for my benefit. for example, one thing in my letter is how i'm stressed out about what to do about my college major (this was back when i was still pre-med) and God has definitely worked that one out, hands down. i mean, i just finished my first quarter in nursing school! amen, anyone?!
point being, way to go, gcm. it's one thing to look back over old journal entries and another to get a letter to myself in the mail randomly one day that beings "dear francine of the future".
also more importantly, way to go, God! if i had my own little testimony time for the "God is" christmas whatchamacallit at heritage i would probably end mine with the words, "God is so faithful to see His plans through."
ps. i randomly saw ryan, d.p, and eric tonight at marcus cinema! soooo great! (and maybe kind of creepy)... keep reaching for the stars, d.p!! (and by that i mean, you could teach cursive!! think about it!)
