(no subject)
I have several things that I want to write about, but I'm just going to dedicate this entry to my favorite actors and actresses.
I went to go see your play last night, and I was seriously amazed. You eight were so fucking amazing. Everything- the set, the acting, the directing- was no where near high school level, and no where near what I was expecting. And there wasn't a seingle moment that I looked at my watch, waiting for it to be over. It was just.... so good.
Jessie- You were an awesome drunk. Right from the beginning... when it was just you on stage and you were talking, I was already proud of you. You did an awesome job acting that. I really never knew that you were so talented. Hah, I loved when you and Mel were getting drunk in the bathroom. And my absolute favorite line of yours was when someone asked how you could understand Ken, and you were like, Oh... we rarely talk. Or something. That made me laugh for about five minutes.
Melinda- I was so impressed by how well you captured the character of a gossipy, rich... JAP. hah. And, oh man. The chemistry between you and Alice was absolutely hysterical- especially because I know both of you so well. You also looked beautiful. I mean, everyone did- but you looked really pretty in that dress, and with all of your diamonds shining in the light. I was so proud. And no offense to everyone else, because I loved all of the characters... but you and Craig were definitely my favorite couple. You two were absolutely hysterical together.
Alice- Thank you so so so much for making me go. I had such an amazing time, and I will never forget how well you did. I had never seen you in a play before, and this one... I keep using this word, but whatever. This one was totally amazing. You and Chris were so funny together. And you were so obnoxious. Haha.... crawling around everywhere. And your insane accent. It was awesome when the cop asked what happened to your back, and you were explaining how you couldn't walk or stand, or sit. But then you were dancing. You made me laugh so much. And earlier you told us that you were ugly in the play. Alright... that dress was kind of iffy... but I think you were pretty. I loved your hair. And I love you. Oh... and just so you know, you had Tony in hysterics. He was laughing so hard throughout basically the whole thing.
Craig- I know the chance that he'll ever see this is not that likely, but I loved him so much that I need to write him something, too. He was awesome. And so so funny. Favorite part, I think of the entire play, was when he was doing Myra's voice.
Awesome job, you guys. I really want to go again tonight, but I'm not sure if I can. If I can, though... I'm definitely bringing flowers for all of you. You were absolutely AMAZING. You deserve it.
And after that performance... no way am I missing Bye Bye Birdie.
