One of those few days

So I got the job with Tech Data. It doesn't start for a month which gives me time to figure things out and a sweet back up plan no matter what. I'm actually fine with taking the job and flattered that my resume and several interviews were enough to make a Fortune 200 (109) technology company give me some notice.

Tonight, we played at the Bulls Club for the first time. It was completely dead. We played with Gary and Nick which was a lot of fun. I don't even care. My band are my best friends. I am so lucky. We pull up to a show, load in, play to literally no one, make no money and I still had an amazing time.

We packed up early and called our losses. Me, Mark and Jeff went to UA. A really cute girl walks over and tells me she likes our band and then says "Do you remember when we made eye contact?". That was awesome. Had a few beers and took off.

On the way home I discover I have an absolutely flat tire. Totally not cool. I've only changed one flat in my life and after this 3am change I can say I am confident in my tire changing abilities. I hate cars. Glad it's done with and I'm home.

Tomorrow, my entire family will be here. I have the one paper left on Fueled By Ramen. It'd better be an A. I am excited and nervous. I'm feeling really good about everything though; what I've done and where I'm going. I have a lot to learn and a long way to go, but I'm confident in my survival skills. Graduation is two days away. I'm ready.
