1. Agree :)

2. Agree also :) Re: your challenge comments, I agree also but for the rest of it, you'll have to go over there -- if I can get my mind to function, it's been a bloody bugger of a weekend (will PM for that)

3. LOL aye :)

4. She's grown on me and, while some may see her as a bitch or whatever, I think those who are willing to delve beneath her outward facade will find that she has a soft interior that she protects with everything she's got. Remember her history -- extrapolate from that and you might be able to see through that hard, gruff exterior. She lets some of it shine through some times, perhaps completely unknowingly -- and when she realizes what she's done or whatever, her hard facade comes back into play.

In the hospital after the accident, she got even more aggressive -- simply because she was seeing herself as 'a wuss' of a female -- Granger went back to work and I can too! Nikki was probably waffling between being touched and being angry and embarrassed when Alan showed up with the flowers. THAT's what people did for ladies and she ain't no lady -- in her mind.

She's rather... endearing... if you look at her from a certain perspective.

7. /chuckle regarding Don and his motorcycle. I'm willing to bet that it's not something he really wanted. He wanted the fast, sexy sports car but he bowed down to financial constraints and got the bike. In fact, any time I've seen him drive it, he reminds me of me on a three wheeler who couldn't get the dang thing out of second gear LOL. As stated by Robin, he's searching for something... going through that male mid-life crisis if you will.

8. As soon as I saw the vagrant, I said 'Larry?' .... Wondering where this is going to go with so few episodes left and an unknown future of one of the best series out there.

At any rate... that's my take on it.

I really like your assessment of Nikki. I still love her... I just wish she hadn't been so stubborn. But you're right - since she kept bringing up that Colby went back to work, it did seem like she didn't want to be thought of as the weak link even though Don told her and Colby both to go home.
