Episode Discussion: 6.13 - Devil Girl

Feb 01, 2010 12:49

(Sorry for the spamming of your f-list. Clearly I'm supposed to be doing data analysis and I am doing anything to distract myself from it. haha.)

I'm opening the Episode Discussion thread here for anyone who wants to share thoughts on the latest episode of Numb3rs: Devil Girl.

My reactions and thoughts are behind the cut. Comment on them or just leave your thoughts and questions for others to read and discuss. Please limit Episode Discussions for 6.13 to this post to avoid spoilers, confusion, etc.

And on that note, just in case you didn't catch it, there WILL be SPOILERS for Episode 6.13 Devil Girl behind the cut AND in the comments. DO NOT go past this point if you don't want to know! You were warned.

First, I have only seen the episode once so this is going to be short (well, short for me anyway.)

~ So glad when Colby is in an episode. As far as I know, he's supposed to be in the remaining three.

~ Loved profiler!Colby (as evidenced by the challenge I posted). I do miss a profiler opinion on the show from time to time (though I don't think it's necessary ALL the time) and it was wonderful to get to see Colby using his skills. They are all agents, they all have the ability to profile.

~ Love Colby and Nikki acting like brother and sister when she shoved him in the elevator. haha. Those two.

~ Nikki! *head desk* I love her like WHOA and I campaign for her and then she goes and does something like be rude to Alan and then acts like a stubborn mule the rest of the episode. Seriously honey, how am I supposed to defend you if you keep doing things like that? I think the writers WANT to make her the character every one hates and that hurts me. It physically hurts me.

~ Don on his motorcycle - very nice, although I'm completely ashamed of him for not being able to take care of his OWN air filter and motorcycle maintenance. Come on, Don. Even I know how to change the oil in my car; surely you can get in under the seat of your bike and change a freakin' filter. Shameful. Just, shameful. *shakes head* (And I'm not really sure what to say about the geneticist being so obsessed with Don joining the motorcycle club, although David's remark "that's so cute" when Charlie called it a bro-mance was made of win.)

~ LARRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OMG. I did NOT see that coming at all! I was like "who is the vagrant out in the middle of nowhere?" and then when it zoomed in I actually SHOUTED "OMG! That's LARRY!!" haha. Yeah, I need a life.

That's all I can really think of at the moment, so I'll open the floor for you all. :)
