Procrastination? ...Maybe
So I should be cleaning, seeing as how my mom will be here in about 4 hours and I haven't done ANYTHING except stack dirty clothes in my room. I still have errands to run (dog needs food, etc) but I am giving Mike his "extra 30" that he asked for when I woke him up. Meh.
Good news!! Mike and I celebrated our 2 1/2 year anniversary yesterday!! WoooO! Where has the time gone? Really?! In a way it doesn't feel that long, in other ways, I feel like we've been together forever. I'm happy though and that's what matters. It's going to be fun moving to Tampa together, although it will be rough at first.
I know, for him, he won't have Jesse and Dexter around and those are his best friends. For me, I won't have anyone either. There will be people kind of close, but not like now. So, it will be a completely new adjustment. I don't usually do well with moving and starting all over as far as making friends goes though. When I moved to FSU when I was a freshman, my first 4 weeks (of the 6) I would just go to class, come home and sit in my room the rest of the day. My RA used to come to my room every night and tell me to get out and go do something and meet people. I'm shy. Those of you who know me are like "yea right" but really, when I am around people that I do not know at all, I'm as silent as a mouse.
Okay, I've really got to start moving and getting stuff done before my mom gets here. Peace our kids!
