Apartment upgrade!
I moved into my new apartment just shy of two months ago and am in *love* with it. It's a HUGE step up from my last place and my landlords are awesome and told me to just paint the whole place however I wanted, then just send them the paint receipts. I obviously jumped at the chance and am pleased with the final look. With the exception of my kitchen, which was painted a really odd shade of yellow that I toned down. All I have left is to repaint the white for the cabinets and change the hardware/handles.
The prior tenant had some reeeally strange color choices. The orange/melon colored walls was the bedroom and in the picture it looks toned down compared to how bright it was when I first saw it. As you can see, the living room also had this overly dark brown color on the walls that when mixed with the ugly curtains made the room resemble a cave.
