Happy Friday everyone! Happy with your thrift find, proud of a paint job, want to show off pictures of your new saucy sofa? Inspired by something you saw or just want to leave a show-me-your... request?

I installed it in my son's room and loved it so much that I put it in another room and plan on doing another room soon. So easy to maintain and much quieter.

Ooh, can I ask how durable that is?
I'm a wheelchair user and am looking to refloor my bedroom, living room and hallway. I've been looking at wood, but I know cork can be very sustainable. I'm just worried about my heavy electric chair wrecking anything.
I've been slowly chipping away at unfinished projects in the house, sorry for the last of sauciness in the photos. I'm just excited to have something to post.
I've been reworking the wall over my fireplace, I'm finally really liking it. Now that I've got a direction I'm going to redo the lampshade into something else. I'm thinking more of a mulberry color, and I'm considering painting the iron of the lamp lime green since it is fashioned like a flower. thoughts?
The cuckoo clock was a salvage gift from a friend, I glued it back together and painted it a beautiful chameleon paint that is blue/violet. Sadly you loose the color change in photos. The frame was also a gift that I repainted and I couldn't afford to go have a mirror cut for it at the moment so I used some 'looking glass' spray on the glass that came with it.

My bed broke and my dresser is wonky and my timer doesn't work but I called and customer service is great. I didn't have my receipt but they were able to look it up and gave me a replacement bed for free and money back for the timer. I didn't even bring up the dresser, though, because there is no way I am going to disassemble it.
You're quite lucky in the end. My story with Ikea is the complete opposite: great furniture, has been holding up well, but I was once overcharged at the check-out and customer service was really horrible. It dragged on for weeks and maybe one or two persons among those I dealt with were nice and not as insulting as the others were.
I was lucky recently and able to find some cheap art for our bedrooms. The first two are vintage prints that were on sale at a local framing shop. The larger one was on sale for $65, down from $165. Yay for great deals! .

I don't have kids, but I've had this photo saved in my inspiration folder for one day in the future:
