String tree how-to

In the past I've had people request instructions on how to recreate the string tree I made in my living room. While I don't have a full tutorial, I do have enough to get you going so you can hopefully recreate this fun project at home.

My husband actually thought of it. When he was a little kid he always thought it would be cool to do but he couldn't ever get it right because he's not very good at drawing trees. When we redid our living room he told me about his idea and I built it the very next day. : )

Neat! I almost bought that same shower curtain for my bathroom!

I love your paint color! I have the same color floors and I just repainted this weekend. I was torn for at least a week over picking a color, couldn't find a brown that felt right. I finally just went with light blue instead but seeing your room is making me kick myself.

If i could I would repaint weekly...if it were only easier.

I only have accent walls, so thankfully it only takes me a couple hours. The bad news is the rest of the walls are glaring white (I rent).
