(no subject)
I've been working on my bedroom the past couple days.. You know, making it look like a real bedroom! We've never really had a bedroom that was JUST a bedroom, not also an office or a library or etc AND we have never had furniture that wasn't just a mash of handed down things! So I got excited and had to take pictures. This is my first post here and we do live in a rental, so there are some things I can't do, such as paint the walls.

I love this little deer, even with his missing ear!
My best friend brought me home that sheep from Ireland.
The thing next to it is a hedgehog from my aunt.
Boxes were a beautiful gift from a friend.
Picture is my husband and me in an old time saloon on our honeymoon. ;)
These pillows were made by the amazingly talented thimblewinder.
They are one of my favorite things!
I love these vases! Flowers are fake, but I adore daffodils and they always cheer me up. :)
There are still some things that need to be done. The two walls above and next to the bed are completely bare. I found a print that would have been perfect above the bed, but it was a bit out of my price range. I'm thinking of maybe picking out some of my own photos to be printed and framed and hang a grouping of them above the bed. I was also thinking of maybe hanging some shelves next to the bed to put different things on. So far though, I am pretty happy!
