saucy South Asia inspired bedroom

Hi Saucy Dwellers! I've been a long time lurker, but I thought I'd share my bedroom, as it's my favorite room in my (tiny) apartment. They say bedrooms should be a calming color, but red still takes me to my zen place! I've been putting inspirational bits together for a long time, and I've finally incorporated everything together. I rent, so painting is out of the question. Instead, I splurged on textiles. If you want to see the rest of my place, I'm on Flickr.

Preview - my bed. A friend brought me the sari from her vacation in India. The rug is the sari scrap rug from from CB2. Paper star lantern is from an online store I found through Google. Click the cut for the rest.

The wall opposite my bed has paisley decals (from Elly Nelly on Etsy.com) that echo the sari decor

This photo is from before I hung the sari, but I love my curtains... they came from Pier 1 They have just enough sequins to reflect some light without being gaudy.

The last corner of the room is my dresser, with some silk dancing orchids from Pier1, and a table runner from Target to protect the dresser (from Crate and Barrel).
