Cologne greetings
We just moved in an attic appartment, after two weeks of hard work. I'll only show my room right now, because it's the closest to done, but we had to do every single of the five rooms, kitchen and bath.
English isn't my mother tongue, so just ignore any errors, please. :)
This is the Before of my room:
The pinboards on the door are jewellery storage, I still need to put black cloth on the lower one.
We'll go counterclockwise now. As you see, I don't have a closet in my room, so most of my clothes are in this rack.
Next: Workspace. Yes, I study Japanese. ^_^

Bed and beyond...
The disco balls and the mirror catch the sunlight, which lightens the room pretty generously, anyway. But the bookrack between bed and desk took away very much of that. This rack is open to both sides, so I can store books and stuff from the bed-side, too.
In this moment, the sun had just set.
All paintings and drawings were done by my friends or me.
The other side of the room... socks and Co. are stored in the lower drawers of this rack. Some things haven't found their ultimate places yet.
I especially adore the red lamp from Ikea.
I might put up a crafts corner here.
I never seem to catch the blue on camera quite as it is. It's ultramarine blue, my absolutely favourite colour. I didn't know if I would like to live with a so coloured wall, too, but I must say, I love it.
(This picture frame isn't as yellow as this picture, either, it's dark golden. Sorry, my camera really isn't the best...)
