EXCITEMENT . . . or something like that
Work is going well so far :) I'm now trained on registers and it's splendid . . . I feel soooo much more useful there than I did when I could only fold clothes and help people find things. Today I got someone to sign up for a Gap Card . . . GO ME! I had 2 other people who were going to sign up, but they weren't US citizens . . . sadness. This week I only work 3.5 hours each day . . . kinda lame, but at least it's something. Plus it's not enough time for me to get really annoyed! LOL
Friday night I went to Berkley to hang out with Ick and watch Virgin Mummies . . . but he apparently isn't coming home until next weekend . . . he called to let me know, but I was out shearing sheep at the time and he didn't leave a message, so I drove out to his house only to find out from his dad that he wasn't coming home :( So I called Scott and hung out with him. His power was out, so we went to Birmingham and walked around and got harassed by some hooligans . . . it was an all around good time :) Despite Ick's queefiness :-P
Saturday I woke up to shear some more sheep and then went to work til close . . . got a pretty sweet farmer's burn whilst shearing . . . God, I'm sexy.
Today I worked a short shift at Gap then hung out with Mike for a little while. Helped him move some drywall then went to DQ. The Monster Cookie Blizzard is good . . . but not as spectacular as I had hoped . . . I still love the commercial though . . . I'm making a special cookie . . . for Gertrude.
That about sums up my life. Exciting, right?
