Hotel Dusk: This game is really entertaining despite being technically very easy. The only problem is, I want it to be a horror game. And it isn't. But I wish the developers had thrown a little bit of Silent Hill or Clock Tower-style darkness in just to please me personally, because I am the only gamer whose opinion matters.
Vassalord, Vol. 1: HOOOO LEEEE SHIT.
And I don't even like vampires. Wow. That was definitely, as advertised, gayer than Wild Adapter. In fact, it was probably gayer than a great deal of BL manga. Also hot. I mean, holy shit, footsucking.
The story seems kind of... uh, crammed together? Like, some kind of introduction to the setting would be nice, rather than just "HERE HAVE SOME HOMOEROTIC VIOLENCE." Hopefully at some point we will learn the actual rules of vampires in this universe. And what's up with Rayfell? And, uh, does that vampire girl from the first chapter ever show up again? (But incidentally I love the art. And I love that Nanae Chrono switches art styles from Peacemaker. She is my hero and stuff.)
So in summary this series is pretty confusing. But I do like it a lot and I look forward to reading more. And there *must* be an anime or I will lose faith in Japanese television. GET ON THE BALL, JAPAN.
