My Weekend Surmised in Bullet Points for Now.

- Race for the Cure went well. Mom managed to walk all three miles (I think I may have accidentally posted that it was five miles on Tumblr on Saturday; that's what I get for live blogging while hungry), and I think next year I will train to do it all manually as well. I will do this and it will be awesome.

- The baby shower went relatively smoothly. Nobody killed anybody, our blanket/bassinet gift basket got many "awwwws" and Ruth was just positively glowing. I'm also pretty sure she's set with diapers for at least the first year. Then again, babies are kind of like little waste factories, so... (It did get a little awkward at one point when my mom just up and disappeared for all of ten or fifteen minutes. Turns out she went to Border's to keep her bitterness from tipping over and ruining things.)

- Osama Bin Laden is dead?

- I booked my hotel room for the MCR show in Houston. Nineteen days!

- My birthday is officially in four days.

- I bought Minecraft since I now have people to actually play it with (aka, the same people I sometimes play TF2 with when I'm not kicking ass with Sally).

- I've been waking up with night sweats again, even with the ceiling fan on full blast. I'm starting to think this "lower oxygen level" thing may or may not be seasonal. All the more reason to move somewhere colder year-round!

- I am calling the art therapy department tomorrow. It's been literally a month since they said they would start sending out letters and I haven't gotten one yet. I just want to know either way. Being in this decisionless limbo isn't fun. I'm optimistic, though. We'll see what happens.

sva, grad school, birthday, race for the cure, houston adventure, ach my health, babies!, mcr, my life in bullet points
