last week and this
So i finally have my spot back on the side of the street where i park. yes, my spot. no one would park there at first so i started to, then i couldn't park there due to cars and last weekend, due to someone's large hitch wagon thingy. and then suddenly there's no one there. i find out why this morning when my green car was suddenly yellow. the tree i parked under is pollinating like no other. wtf tree. at least that means i'm gonna get that spot. my spot XD
last week? oh gee i was exhausted. up early, since mom runs on EST (even though we're PST) and my sister and her husband run on EST (since they're in that timezone). didn't help i slept on the couch since there wasn't enough room, so i'd get woken up when they came down for coffee at 6am. then come the time we get home, i was too tired to really write anything and just watched tv and fell asleep. and despite the exhaustion, i did enjoy myself most of the time :D
alcatraz was the start. i was alright after that. tuesday i got dragged out of bed early to go to the mall. now i like to window shop or look at video games or hot topic at the mall, but they wanted to go clothes shopping. i really don't like clothes shopping but i can be a tolerant person so i helped my sister pick out a pair of jeans. then later that night, we drove to the top of mt. diablo to see the view (you really can see over 50 mi from the top). got lots of pix, froze, and drove back down.
wednesday was wine tasting. now i don't like wine either, which worked out well, since that left me as the d.d.
thursday was golden gate state park and the academy of science museum (which was way too crowded). i got a lot of photos from the aquarium and living rainforest. other than that, i just hurt
then friday was taking them to the airport at cleavage of dawn. no, even before that. the sun wasn't even up at that point. go back to mom's, crash, then go home.
what an eventful week, right? well now i'm back at work, back to the normal way of doing things. i rather like my new desk. i get the morning sun and a view of trees (instead of buildings) through the window, good neighbors, and no reflection of the evening sun off the buildings and straight into my face.
also, i think i need to make a new mood theme. i have better images now XD
