(no subject)
So now in White Castle's profit sharing program you will be fully vested after 6 years instead of 7. So in June I will be 80% vested and in June of next year I will be 100% vested. *does the cabbage patch* If I understand the whole profit sharing thing correctly, that means I will get 100% of my profit sharing money when I quit if I've worked there for 6 years.
I am so ready for this semester to be over. I still feel like I have a bunch of stuff left to do. In less than 2 weeks I'll be in Kansas City, though. *does the cabbage patch yet again* I am so ready for that trip.
I still have yet to register for classes. I really need to do that soon.
I really wish I could drop down to a team member at work. I really hate managing. See, last time I wanted to drop down to a team member they were like, "Oh, you will make $7.50 then." Fuuuuuuck that, I seriously nearly quit over that because I was so pissed. Making starting pay after (at the time) 4 years of employment is absolutely preposterous. I think the only reason I didn't quit is I could tell Bernice, our district, thought it was bull shit. Last semester I was only running a shift occasionally and now it's pretty much constantly. One good thing is they're promoting Tasha soon and Christine is in the pilot program so she should eventually get promoted, too. In theory, I shouldn't have to run a shift all the time if I don't want to since I'm only an instructor, not a shift manager.
The other day at the ball park me and Dave kept going, "Butt scratchah! Butt scratchah!" to each other every time we saw a vendor walking by, so now we keep saying it randomly. For those who don't know: It's a Family Guy reference; there's an episode where Peter has a job selling butt scratchers at the ball park. You may or may not have seen a picture from that day where I am eating nachos and look like a pig because a certain doody-head decided to post it on his MySpace. To that certain doody-head: I hope IWBTG deletes your save file. When it does I will be like, "Wow. Lollerskates." XD
I'm terrified of my biology final. We have a test next Monday and then the final is on Friday, I only hope I will actually get enough days off of work to actually study for it to the extent that I should. I'm hoping we get a study guide or something.
Speaking of test, my test for fitness center is tomorrow and I forgot about it, I better go look over that study guide for it.
