In less then 2 weeks, the house is sold, pending an inspection that everyone fully expects it to pass with flying colors given how well built it is, taken care of it is, and generally the care in which it's tended to.
In the same period of time, the new house is bought. Given the history of the company however, I expect a few small things or one large thing to show up on the house inspection. But the people who owned have taken extreme care of it and in all likelyhood it's just going to be something small.
