I LOVE THIS SONG!! oh man. I know it's old news by now but whatever. I love it. It puts me in such a good mood. I seriously feel inspired. "15--there's still time for you" I mean so what if I'll be 18 in less than a month (Sept. 5th baby;) it still makes me fel all youthful and happy :o) --there's still time for me... tehe
So Merry's news about the addition to her family (congrats on Charisma--cute name by the way) reminded me that my mom has been talking non-stop about hosting a foreign exchange student. There are two boys from Spain, one 15 and the other 17/18 and a senior. The one she's thinking about it the 15 yr. old, but that's totally up to Eric really because he'd be staying in his room. I laugh when I think of Eric giving up his new little "loft" like bachelor pad. lol Though I've been thinking and it would be kinda cool. I dunno :o)
I need to stop saying yes to work. I'm watching the Okonski boys for the fourth day in a row. Not only that, but I'm working at Doc Okonski's office everyday this week. And the hours are soo inconsistently irritating..9-11:30 Mon, Wed; 2:30-4:30 Tues, Thurs. And then there's tennis and the other people I baby-sit for and the golf course on weekends. Oh yeah, and spending time with those people who basically hold my life together and keep me from going insane..my friends.. I need to slow it down a bit.
This woman, Mary, at the office was talking to me today and we were just talkin about Blueberry Fest and she was like "oh we didn't see you down there blahblah" and I was like, "oh yeah blahblah, did you see 'The Beatles?" and she was like "oh we stayed for like 4 songs and then hit the bar.." and I was just like "me too." She was like, "aw that's nice." haha, I thought it was funny. I must say the office is one of my all-time favorite jobs though. The girls that work there are so effin cool haha. This one girl, Wanda was talkin about her kind of bf, T.A.'s cross-dressing friend and wow, I was gettin a kick out of it. Kind of a culture shock, kind of not. But mostly yeah, it was. haha, I've just never known anybody like that! So I'm thinkin this'll be good for me.. :)
off to the Okonski's! wahoo! they're startin to listen --yayyy haha.. we'll see how long this lasts..
