Well, it’s safe to say the past week and or so has been a bit COMPLETELY INSANE. When we weren’t getting lost on our way to Meridian we were driving there, when we weren’t driving there we were arguing with family, when we weren’t arguing with family I was getting grounded for not watching my baby cousin Lakendra. I don’t see why her own mom couldn’t have been watching her.
I spent most of the week in my room, which, unfortunately was shared with some of my cousins whose company leaves a lot to be desired. I only really came down for the turkey dinner. And even that wasn’t good.
On the way home, I fell asleep in the car, and Libby braided my hair in my sleep. I wouldn’t have minded, but she did it all wrong, darn her.
Soon I’ll have to be going back to school, but in the meantime I’ve been reading up about the Spanish Civil War, and I’m still not entirely sure why I am. Dolores Ibbarurri sounds like either a really brave woman, or by the same token, a really stupid one.
