Hanukkah Fun
Who knew adults could have so much fun with a puppet? But not just any puppet. This was The Punching Rabbi! OMG. My brother and I laughed so hard our stomachs hurt and I had tears running down my face. We even made a short video with Scott's camera! I dubbed the puppet Rabbi Kugel but Scott preferred Rabbi Kopel since he (the puppet) was a gift from a Kopel cousin. Thank you, Cousin Sherri. It was the best Hanukkah gift. Scott likes him so much he did an online search to buy himself a puppet but he was sold out on most sites! I'm lucky the Rabbi made it home with me! LOL
Of course, we had to send the video to friends who would appreciate such Jewish humor. We laughed hysterically, so they will too. Hopefully our thinking is correct and we don't offend anyone but I don't see how. It was just that funny. And of course again, Dad and Mom both just smiled and shook thier heads sadly while we were bent over double laughing. You think they would be happy that siblings were sharing a joke so well, working as partners towards a common goal: that of comic relief. We ignored them and kept the joke going.
