Young Creatives 2006
So Camp Creatives was a strangely "fun" physical and psychological torture.
At some points in the night EJ and I were too exhausted to keep working but whenever we tried to sleep, the pressure to bring home an award would keep us awake. At some points in the early morning, I knew EJ wanted to punch me for my stubborness and I wanted to punch him for his. And at various points throughout the next day, we'd alternately feel bursts of cockiness or insecurity toward the other groups.
In the end, Saatchi ranked among the 8 finalists. But not high enough to be sent to the Cannes Lions or AdFest. We won Best Presentation though - which really just means the judges found you entertaining. EJ was very lagrely responsible for that.

But slap Nikki Jean's hand first! Blue Bottle placed 3rd! Congrats Nikki gingermango and Bok!
