Honestly: why can't YOU win a board game to come over to Berlin?

I may have to watch out for this championship. Kids are awesome today!

I thought the same thing. If he wasn't 24 - I'd have played the "you need an adult" card. lol

Although it's the only weekend in October that I HAVE to work. The weekend before I'm in Charlotte, NC and the weekend after oldenuf2nb is here for a writer's conference.

I don't think my boss would appreciate me being off 3 Thurs/Fri's in a row!!!

I'll let you know when I get more info on it. ♥

I checked the internet, and saw a picture of the US champion. :) It would be a blast to go to the tournament with you. xxx

I just went and looked for his photo and there he is. I'd love to be able to be there.

We might be planning a trip to Europe next year, but would probably be more in the Brussels area and taking a train into London. Nothing for sure yet, however. ♥

Steph plays that game; in fact, she just ordered her own board. She and her friends just play for fun, though.

That is one lucky young man!

Lately I've been up to guiding and teaching kids over the phone from work. Here in Norway the teachers are striking and all three kids are back home alone. I try to make them do at least some school work, after all they're not striking, but with that comes of course also the need for help. I can honestly say that my employers aren't getting their money's worth from me lately. I'm not really all that focused. I DO support the teachers though. It is necessary.

Strikes are difficult, but often the only way to be heard

Hope it ends soon. ♥

My eldest just started playing that game! I'm going to encourage him a bit more now, LOL. Bagsy me coming with him to the hotel if anything cool happens.
