Well, it would appear I've been tagged. Curse your black heart, jimmy25!

1) I have always wanted a pet snake. But given my husband and father's shared disdain for my slithery friends, I will likely never have one. I had a college friend who used to bring his mini constrictor to the art studios and let me have her for the day - she used to curl up around my neck or hairclip and give me little flicker-tongue kisses on my nose.
2) Once upon a time, I sang a mean first soprano. Now I can't carry a tune in a bucket. But I still quietly dream of learning to play piano and heading my own band, which will be an awesome Tori Amos-Coldplay-Garbage-earlyREM-No Doubt-inspired not at all wussy rock thing.
3) I hate writing in pencil. Pencils, in my mind, are for drawing. I only write in black ink.
4) When I was a kid, my biggest fear was The Incredible Hulk.
5) I am neurotic when it comes to coordination. If my pajamas don't match, I can't sleep. I have something like 20 pairs of coordinated pajamas, and socks/slippers to match each. My undergarments have to match my clothing or I'm out of sorts all day. I do not mix black with chocolate brown or with navy blue. Doing so is high on my list of greivous crimes.
6) I really wish David Lynch had been given a third season of Twin Peaks, if only so I could see Heather Graham die a gruesome death at the Black Lodge.
7) I have never drank (drunk?) a cup of coffee, even though I worked in a coffee shop for a year.
8) When I was a kid, I wanted to grow up to be a lawyer. Then in sixth grade I was part of a group of honors students who participated in a Mock Trail which required us to prepare a case based on provided information and compete against other schools. I was the lead prosecutor. A week before the competition I became convinced that our defendant was innocent and had a very dramatic crisis of conscience. I wound up purposely throwing the trial and decided that perhaps law wasn't really my calling. My mom was a tad disappointed when her only honors student announced that she was going to be an artist.
9) The only song that I have ever allowed to be ruined for me by an ex is "Unchained Melody," but just hearing it makes me tense up and get angry.
10) I can be bought with flan. It's my very favorite sweet, and I don't get to have it nearly enough. Seriously, if you ever want to bribe me, find some really good flan and I'm yours.
