No exciting title today II
So I called Jenn yesterday once I woke up and showered, usually on a day off it takes me a bit. It was a normal chat with nothing really interesting brought up. I was hoping it held some more importance, because I don’t have a daytime plan lol but I’m still glad that I chatted with her. Her home phone is out because of her crazy cat lol gawds the stories she tells me about that feline; so she wants me to call her either at work or perhaps on her cell. I also told her that calling me at any time also, even late, since I’m up anyways.
This morning once I turned the computer on, made a lunch and sat to do the usual stuff. My screen has a line across one side. I’m not happy. Brand new screen that gave me Hell since day one, started getting used to it and of course has to do something new and annoying. Well, I think I can live with it, since I’ve no choice in the matter with my tight budget and lack of pay and hours. I’m still under warranty but they’ll replace with the same model, the same pain in the ass and who’s to say it won’t end up as with the others? Anyways, this month is going to be so tight in funds. -sighs- I’m hoping for more hours in the next week. If not I will be sending in a new availability and take off my days off. Except Sunday because Hell no. lol Not going through that mess up again. Even so, I’m still planning to watch 2 movies that are not playing in any branch that I work for; so that means I have to pay. I can’t just stay put at home, I had made plans for them, alone yes, but an outing. A samurai movie on Wednesday and The Crow in September and if there were an episode of TB I would have watched the encore presentation of it. I know right? I was willing to miss out. It’s a tough decision but my inner Goth gave me a disapproving silence and won. -lol- I had almost forgotten that there was an Alice in Chains concert as well in September, one that I must book for and pay; luckily it’s not now. -__- or during the end of season 3. -lol-
Started tracking down papers that held my dreams since I had misplaced my book and also with the move. Writing them down together in a spare one for notes until I get them organized to put them in the original one.
