No exciting title today
So the schedule is up early. I’m hoping it’s not snafu on their part again; as they said the past one was because of Infor. I have 4 shifts but no time for breaks because they’re only 4 hours. Well it’s better than this week’s although not by much. Still going to be passing resumes regardless. I need the extra money and I know this workplace won’t be able to give me what I need anymore. They’ve shown this recently with all the hour cuts. I’m certain it’s happening everywhere but half the cast sometimes have 3 hour shifts, borderline in an actual pay. Seriously.
The library had absolutely nothing. I’m disappointed. Luckily in applying, the card is valid in any library within the city. Maybe one day I will travel to the nearest one. For now I bought a book from the mall, it replaced the Kingdom Hospital dvd that I had already. Good exchange. Also in searching, I couldn’t help myself in making another dvd purchase. There were set of 8 movies in each pack. Some horrible, some worthy, this is why I got 2, for about 17$ Kept 10 of them. Hopefully it remains that way lol some of the movies are something lol I know I should be saving but I haven't splurged in a while.
If I had to work yesterday, I would have called in sick. Stupid cramps all week and yesterday was the massive one, curled up most of the day. Tried that trial heat pack made for them. Takes half hour to start up, but I was able to sleep afterwards which was needed so I can work today. Was able to shop for pain killers for it today. Of course, it’s not needed now. :/
Got home, I had left my computer running in a sleepy forgetful mood before heading to work early this morning. Jenn sent me an msn message. She’s a busy woman, so I find it a bit odd that she contacted me; but then again it has been a long time since we’ve spoken. I’m curious as to her excitement on wanting me to call her during her work shift. A hint of engagement perhaps? Why not call now? Perhaps I’m just looking too far ahead of it and she just wants to chitchat. Lol
