When I'm sixty-four

May 27, 2016 10:23

Though I like most of the Beatles' songs, I never liked that one. All year it's ear wormed me maddeningly, and I have to scramble for some music to chase it away. It started early today, on my last day of being sixty-four.

So I'm killing it with one of my favorite Flecha Ensaladas as I reflect down the years.

It's been a tough one, as expected at this age. While I can easily fall into contemplation of my many, many errors and failures, at least I still wake up in the mornings, and I'm grateful for that much success.

So anyway, last year's birthday links got a real good workout this past year, and so I'm hoping tomorrow to accrue some new, when I ask, as I do each May 28th, what gives you joy, or makes you laugh? What beautiful things have you seen, or what special moments have brightened your lives?
